Our industry partners are part of what makes hands-on, case-based learning possible — providing the imaging workstations, technologies, and clinical tools our faculty and attendees work with throughout every program.
A physician audience that came to work, not to walk a floor.
The Collective’s programs are small, subspecialty, and case-based. Attendees spend their days interpreting studies at workstations alongside faculty — which means the technology in the room gets used rather than demonstrated.
Subspecialty, not general
Six focused programs in 2027 — breast imaging, emergency, AI and informatics, musculoskeletal, and neuro / head & neck. Your technology reaches the people who actually read those studies.
Hands-on by design
Case-based sessions run on imaging workstations. Partner technology is part of the teaching, not a booth adjacent to it.
Continuity that compounds
Mammography in Santa Fe has run every year since 1996. Partners who stay become part of a faculty and alumni community rather than a line item in an annual budget.

Ways to work together
Partnership opportunities
Most partners start with one program and grow into the calendar. Whatever the starting point, the aim is a relationship across the year rather than a transaction per event.
Program sponsorship
Support one program or the full 2027 calendar, with your technology available to attendees during hands-on, case-based sessions.
Meeting planning & exhibits
Exhibit space, symposia slots, and on-site logistics coordinated with our meeting planner well ahead of each program.
Co-marketing
Newsletter placement, Learning Center features, and faculty interview content that reaches our physician audience between conferences.
Custom CME
Bespoke content development for industry and institutional partners, produced through the same accreditation and faculty review process as our own programs.
Industry partnership
A multi-program, multi-year relationship spanning the conference calendar, the digital library, and the Learning Center.
Educational grants
Independent support for specific programs or content, structured to keep content control with faculty. Details below.
Independent medical education
Educational grants
Support the education. Not the content.
We welcome independent educational grants supporting specific programs, sessions, or content development. Accredited continuing education requires a clear separation between the organisation providing financial support and the people deciding what gets taught — and we hold that line deliberately, because it’s what makes the education worth attending.
In practice, that means:
Faculty select content, learning objectives, and speakers. Supporters do not.
Grant support is acknowledged to attendees, openly and consistently.
Supporters receive a written report on how the grant was used, without any role in shaping the material.
Accreditation sits with our accrediting body, and all supported activity is reviewed against its standards.
Options and levels are set out in the 2027 prospectus, which covers each program individually as well as full-calendar partnership. Request a copy and we’ll walk through what fits.
Yes, and it’s how most partnerships begin. Each of the six 2027 programs can be supported on its own, with the option to extend across the calendar later.
That’s the point of the format. Sessions are case-based and run on imaging workstations, so partner technology is part of how attendees work through cases rather than something they visit between talks. Specifics depend on the program and are agreed in advance.
No. Faculty determine content, learning objectives, and speakers for all accredited activity. That separation is a requirement of accredited continuing education, and we treat it as non-negotiable — see Educational grants.
Yes. The 2027 calendar spans emergency radiology, AI and informatics, musculoskeletal imaging, and neuro / head & neck alongside breast imaging. Tell us which subspecialty matters to you.
Our in-person programs are accredited for both physician CME and technologist ARRT CE, and ImagingCampus reaches imaging center staff directly. Mention it in your enquiry and we’ll cover both audiences.
