All-Access Pass · Individual

Every 2027 conference. On demand.

Six subspecialty programs, recorded and released to you — taught by the physicians who direct them. For the year when the travel budget, the schedule, or the call rota means you can’t be in the room.

$1,595

per physician, 12 months

What the pass is

The conferences, not just a course library.

This isn’t a catalog of generic modules. It’s the actual 2027 Collective calendar — six subspecialty conferences, each directed by a practicing subspecialist — recorded and made available to you for a full twelve months.

What comes with your pass.

All six programs, recorded

Every 2027 conference session, released after each event and available for the remainder of your twelve months.

Digital library

Case archives and faculty Q&A alongside the conference recordings, organised by subspecialty.

Community features

Faculty office hours, journal club, and peer discussion — the parts of a conference that usually end when you fly home.

CME tracker & certificates

A running record of credit earned and a certificate archive, so nothing has to be reconstructed at renewal.

Member pricing

Member rates on renewal and on any future conference registration.

Upgrade any time

Decide mid-year that you can travel after all? Live attendance can be added to your pass separately.

Being straight with you

What the pass does not include.

Live attendance.

The Digital Pass does not include a seat at any 2027 conference. If you can travel to one, Conference Registration costs the same $1,595 and includes live attendance with full CME credit — plus the identical twelve-month membership and recorded access to the other five programs.

Put plainly: if you can get to one conference, register for it instead. The pass exists for the cycle when you can’t.

Organised by subspecialty

Find what applies to your practice.

The library is sorted into subspecialty tracks, so you can work through what’s relevant rather than scrolling a flat catalog.

Breast Imaging

incl. Mammography

Emergency Room Radiology

Trauma & acute

Head and Neck

Neuro & ENT

Musculoskeletal Imaging & Intervention

Who chooses the pass

Three situations this is built for.

No travel this cycle

Your department froze conference travel, or the approval didn’t land in time. The credit clock keeps running regardless.

Coverage won’t allow it

You’re short-staffed and taking four days out isn’t realistic. Recorded sessions fit around a reading list instead of replacing one.

You want more than one subspecialty

You attended one program and want the other five properly, not as a summary. The pass and Conference Registration both give you that.

One physician, or a group?

Individual or Team.

You’re here
Individual
One physician

A single seat, billed once, $1,595 for twelve months. Your own login, your own CME tracker, your own certificate archive.

The alternative
Team or radiology group

Seats for a practice, department, or reading group — with consolidated billing and administrative reporting across your team. Tell us your headcount and we’ll scope it.

Getting it covered

How this looks to your CME office.

If your office needs something to file, we can provide a one-page summary of what the membership covers and how the credit is accredited.

Common questions

Because the membership is the same, and the membership is most of the value — twelve months of access to all six programs, the library, the community, and credit tracking. Conference Registration adds live attendance on top of that at no extra cost, so if you can travel, register for a program instead. The pass is for the cycle when you can’t.

Sessions are released after each conference takes place. Because the 2027 calendar runs March through August, a pass purchased early in the year builds up as the year progresses; one purchased later gives you immediate access to everything already recorded.

Credit amounts are confirmed per program and published on each conference page once finalized. Your CME tracker records what you’ve claimed as you go.

Yes. Live attendance at a 2027 program can be added to your pass separately at any point in your membership year.

Not currently. If you’d like to see the platform and a sample session before deciding, get in touch and we’ll walk you through it.

No. The All-Access Pass is physician CME. Technologist ARRT CE runs through a separate accreditation pathway — see Online CE for RadTechs.

You’ll be offered renewal at member pricing. Certificates already earned remain in your archive.
