Imaging Center Compliance

Keep your center accredited, and your staff current.

The problem

Five things you have to keep current, every year.

Since 2015 we’ve built compliance training for imaging centers facing the same recurring obligations — the ones that surface during a site survey and have to be documented, not just done.

1

Annual education requirements from your accrediting organizations — ACR, The Joint Commission, and IAC.

2

Required credentials for technologists registered with the ARRT.

3

Tracking employee professional licensing and renewal dates across the team.

4

Maintaining eligibility requirements for Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.

5

Retaining the staff you have — with training that develops them rather than just checking a box.

Two ways to deliver it

Do you want a learning system, or content for the one you have?

Same courses, same accreditation, two delivery models. The right one depends almost entirely on whether your organization already runs an LMS.

For small and mid-size clinics
Campus

A hosted campus, customized to your center

We stand up and run an online campus for your team — no LMS required, minimal IT involvement, priced per user. You get the courses plus the administrative tools to prove completion.

For hospitals and large clinics
SCORM

Our courses, inside your existing LMS

Sharable Content Object Reference Model packages that drop into the learning management system your organization already uses. Your team keeps one login, one transcript, and one place to look.

Not sure which applies? If your organization already has an LMS and IT expects new training to live inside it, choose SCORM. If you don’t have one, or you want the reporting and MR screening tools handled for you, choose Campus. Still unsure — tell us your setup and we’ll say which one fits.

The MR Screening Compliance Tool.

Annual MR safety screening is one of the easiest things to fall behind on and one of the most visible gaps during a survey. This tool tracks it for you — who is screened, who has lapsed, and who signed what.

Common questions

Campus is a learning platform we host and run for you, including administrative reporting and the MR Screening Compliance Tool. SCORM is the same course content packaged for installation into an LMS you already operate. If you have an LMS, SCORM keeps everything in one system. If you don’t, Campus gives you one without an IT project.

The library is built around the annual education requirements described by the ACR, IAC, and The Joint Commission, and includes accredited ARRT CE for technologists. Which specific courses your center needs depends on your modalities and your accrediting body — tell us your setup and we’ll map it.

No, and the distinction matters. ARRT continuing education for technologists runs through a separate accreditation pathway from physician CME. Physician CME lives under Continuing Medical Education. Compliance training on this page is built for technologists and imaging center staff.

Campus is priced per user, with a campus customized to your center. Tell us your headcount and modalities and we’ll scope it.

New courses are added monthly, and annual compliance courses are refreshed each year so the content your team completes reflects current standards.

A short conversation is usually enough to know whether Campus or SCORM is the right fit, and which courses your team actually needs this year.
